Yesterday I reached renown 6 which is max this week. I have done all my campaign quest but I still have not unlocked my second Soulbind in Necrolord, Emeni.
My next campaign quest tells me to reach Renown 8. I dont know if this is related but I also have issues with one of my sanctum upgrades. I cant interact with the abomination factory. What can I do?

I have the exact same issue
I just found a way to fix this issue.
If you have any quest related to abomination factory abandon it then go to the area where u got the quest before (right side once u move out of Seat of Primus) , you will find Emni there will give you a quest complete it then you can unlock 2nd soulbind.
Okey thanks for answering! But what if I dont have any quest? Do you know what quest specific that u abonded? Problem is that I never got a quest via abomination factory. Usually it takes 1h to get your building done, mine was instant ready but I cant interact with it or no quest to be found near.

I have same issue, did you resolve it ?
I thought I was missing something but when I got renowned 6 she appeared in the soulbind area with a quest to add her as soulbind.
Wowhead did not mention it required a certain renown level to get Emeni, in fact their guide said it was almost straight after choosing Necrolords as covenant which is not true.
What renown level are you?

I have the same issue! I´m renow 11 and i cant unlock emini! Is this a bug? What can i do?
I also had this issue on my rogue, did all I could think of but nothing worked, logged out for the evening and when I logged the next day she(or he?) was waiting for me at the soulbind thingy, not sure why she suddenly was there then.
This was with Night Fae btw, with Dreamweaver not Emeni.
Make sure you’ve finished starter quests for Torghast, because I didnt get her until after that.

I have the same problem, cant get emeni for some reason. Im already renown 12 done all torghast layers and already at chapter 5 of the campign…does anyone know how can i fix it?
No i open a ticket and blizzard answer me to look on wowhead -_-. if someone solved it please respond
For those that have not yet got Emeni, did you do the quest where you gather parts and build Emeni a new body?

No quests in the factory.
Renown 10.
Torghast done.
I leveled with Fate if this is relevant.

I have the same issue, I was Kyrian and swapped to Necrolord, as Kyrian I had 2nd soulbind nearly instantly in the campaign.
Now, Renown 15 and still no Emeni, I have literally waited 2 weeks because I thought it was time gated (the quest)… I’ve done all campaign I can (Chapter 6/9).
I also leveled with Fate.
Same thing here. Can we please get an official reply for a fix? Still cannot unlock Emeni. Is there a connection with Fate leveling?
In my case I found out that the quest was already existing and forgotten in my quest log. It was called “Find the way” (https://www.wowhead.com/quest=58668/find-the-way). What confused me was that it wasn’t marked as campaign quest, and the game was telling me to continue Necrolord campaign to unlock the soulbind.

Renown 23, Emeni is nowhere to be seen. Already unlocked the 3rd soulbind, kinda strange to be honest.
Any Blizzard employes working here?
I couldn’t find it either. I finally found the quest in the House of Constructs. It wasn’t highlighted as a special q or anything. Quest called 'Skin in the game),
