"I don't want to do hard content but I want high level gear"

Class Halls, artifacts, prestige system, better world quests, better rewards and gear progression that was long-term thanks to titanforging.

… Do you even realize the power difference between 277 gear and the emblem gear?

You know you can check my achievements, right?

do you even realise the power gap of today heroic dungeon and mythic raid? Do you even realize that we are not mostly talking about numbers but actually casual content?

Imagine if I could run heroic dungeons now, get a currency and buy heroir raid gear… you would tell me that mythic raid gear is much better… oh yea…

You were never going to come close to an ICC heroic geared person if you were just using emblems.

No you didn’t play WOTLK because if you did you wouldn’t be talking about dungeon blues as every heroic dungeon dropped an epic from the last boss from day one.

Lmao, you know there’s achievements you can check? My guild raided up until Lich king heroic on 25-man.

A questline, we have covenants if you like that.

Infinite power grinds have their own short comings, namely the need to log on everyday or fall behind. Not very casual friendly. I remember the casuals thread complaining about the daily chores only an esport player with no life could do.

Purely subjectif.

Titanforging was a hamsterwheel, you were never going to get a full set of titanforged gear.

Well your profile is hidden and you seem to be clueless as to WOTLK gearing.

Unless the mechanism allows you to catch up to the current total…you know, like Blizz will be instituting in the next patch for certain things.

Are you trying to tell me that Shadowlands is better than Legion content-wise? How exactly?

230ish was it ? icc gear was 277 and few 284 from ruby sanctum.

well ok I am off to sleep… now I know why wow dont get better. Probably developers believe that decline in subs must be a problem with pet battles and that everything is fine with reward system and structure…

If classic wow didnt exist, we would be talking about epic fails in subs. If they continue like this and next expansion is not casual friendly…

Lets hope microsoft will deal with the “elitist jerks” that ruined our beloved game…

The max item level from dungeons remained 200 up until the icecrown dungeons were released, at which point the max became 232 or something. The dungeon gear was far inferior to raiding gear, my mage had 277 gear. 232 is nothing compared to that.

That grind has an end point though.

Yes, paragon trait sucked, but it wasn’t implemented until patch 7.2.

Indeed, so it’s about where and when, that endpoint is…and whether it forces you into doing other content… :scream_cat:… which as we know from PVP-only and Mythic-only players’ posts, is BLASPHEMY!

Level 200 IIRC, it was before Naxx came out which I think was circa 213 with I think a 220 off of KT or so, Ulduar was about 230, Tournament 245 and ICC 264/277, and there were 251s from the more difficult heroic dungeons that came out just before ICC.

251 was normal 10 man
264 10hc and 25n

You got full T9 just with dungeon badges, you got 251 from the heroic dungeons just before ICC released. Just admit you didn’t play and the only time you saw the ilevs was clearing ICC post WOTLK.
