I don't want to sign any contract, Blizzard. Gimme a refund

I have few months of active sub left. I purchased it way before any contract in that for was present. If I don’t accept the new terms, then I cannot play the game.
How to start the a refund procedure?

These are the same conditions you agreed to in the Terms of Services which includes the Code of Conduct.

What about the contract don’t you agree with?

Or just because you don’t really have a choice?

Must you forever be in a state of saltiness?

Editing a post to attempt to make it look like I said something I didn’t isn’t a very smart idea.

Each time I lost it I go play my draenei and had to play with likes of you I get my salt back.
Since today I will avoid you all in premade groups.
Would have 0 Ali chars if races I play were Horde.

Yes they did. Remember those at least 3 EULAs you had to agree to when u first played wow?

Youre just agreeing to a small part of one again.

If this is too hard for you then buhbye

So sorry to see you leaving the game, it’s such a shame when delightful people like yourself quit. You will be missed by the community a great deal I am sure

Before you do leave us may I please politely enquire if it would be at all possible for you to transfer any gold, pets, crafting mats and your name to my good self? Purely so I can take care of them just incase you ever do decide to return. I promise faithfully to not spend any gold or sell any items or your name for my own benefit :innocent: you can trust me

You don’t. Blizzard don’t tend to give refunds even when people would deserve it. Arguing that you should get a refund because they asked players to not be toxic muppets is ridiculous at best.

Well technically, you signed and agreed to a contract at the moment you started to download the game (or even before then when you clicked “Buy”). Funnily enough, everything in the social contract was already in the first contract which you signed and agreed to.

So, you are already obligated to be behaving in the manner the social contract lays out.

However, Blizz have felt it necessary to remind the entire player base of the commitments they made when they first undertook their adventure in World Of Warcraft.

So if you’re not wanting to continue to commit to the behaviour you’re already obliged to adhere you, by simply clicking agree and getting on with your day. Then good riddance to you.
