3 days ago I logged into the game, completed one dungeon, and then set my character to fly from Orgrimmar to Thunder Cliff on a bird. I left the PC after I arrived and saw the main menu with the window “your account is blocked”

Can’t you figure it out with me? Am I different in some way? I’m the same player. I honestly feel really bad about this situation!
We’re currently in the week between Christmas and New Year. Many players need our help during the holidays, and some of our GMs are taking some well deserved time off (we are still open and running every day).
