I’d guess that some people gf’s others etc… Play with friends etc… But joined because other gamers they know were on a PvP server, others were not. All those people are now off PvP mode, where as before they didn’t have an option.
I don’t like that people have the option, admittedly I couldn’t even farm elemental earth in classic because cartel where on them.
You want WM on but scream about ganking? Simple, leave a main in the same area. That’s how we did it back in the day on pvp servers before WM was an option. Don’t like it, move to a pve server or keep WM off.

You might have fought them or whatever, incidentally you got lucky we have had raids sharding out into orgrimmar where one half is elsewhere. However its all hollow and meaningless for me if you take nothing with your victory. We fought guilds Vs guilds over elemental earth farming spots to get our nature Res aq pots. That won’t happen when I can just turn off the PvP then go about your farm, or alternatively you can just use group finder to shard out to another server.
