The hate on RIO is not needed in my view its one of Duran Durans best singles of the 80s.

Not a mythic+ guy myself, but 2 of my friends recently returned to wow. One of them already does +9’s and the other one does +11. Neither of them has high raider IO score nor very high gear.
One of them just recently made it to 460 gear.
So maybe it’s not RIO, but it’s you?

Just remember that SoD is not a community that boosts it help like minded players.
Also gem and enchant your gear take pride in what you have .
Also replace head and chest as soon as you can.
For mythic + you need 3 x DoD 2 x P1 and 1 RR traits .
Delete the 120 agi gem you have and place a crit on there.
Being on alliance there is 1000s of dps you are up agaisnt but i doubt anyone looks at RIO before 10+.
Also depends what times of day you are playing .
Get into a decent guild and make friends .
Well hes right, I was rejected today 10 times in m0 with 470 ilvl, and from my personal experience russians are ppl with highest rio and are doing 50% less dps than me and die often to basic boss mechanics. RIO is not quality its quantity of dungeons you do. (And even russians arent the problem, most high rio ppl are clueless).
Dude, if you want to fix rio, you’d have to fix the world, and fixing the world starts from fixing yourself.
Can’t you just understand? It’s not like “OMG, this Denaya signed up for my group, I will decline him with passion, to make him miserable, I will feast upon his despair and I’ll grow in strength and then I conquer the world MUAHAHHAHA”.

I agree, most 200 rio’s are way better than those with 6000’s. 
well I was better than all those high rating rio players who I played with, 70% of them failed on simple bosses and died few times then exit the dungeon. Srry but quantity doesent mean quality, you can play 1000 dungeons but you can suck if your rotation is garbage and your positioning is worse.
Of course, I don’t deny it, but it’s all about time - to get to know you I’d have to talk about every detail of dungeon and your class. Imagine doing that with every applicant 
Rio isn’t perfect, nothing is. It’s just “lesser evil”.
