  • Conduit of the Celestials: Celestial Conduit healing increased by 50% in PvP combat.

Windwalker

  • Fists of Fury damage increased by 30% in PvP combat.
  • Rising Dragon Sweep (pvp talent) has been removed.
  • Touch of Karma now absorbs up to 50% of maximum health in PvP combat (was 80%).
  • shado-Pan: Flurry Strike shadow damage from Wisdom of the Wall increased by 30% in PvP combat.

  • Voidweaver: Inner Quietus increases Power Word: Shield’s absorption by 40% in PvP combat (was 20%).

Beast Mastery

  • Black Arrow damage reduced by 10% in PVP combat
  • Beastial Wrath increases all damage dealt by the Hunter and the Hunter’s pet by 20% down from 25% In PVP

Battleground Blitz

  • Flags will now prevent the movement speed of the player carrying from being decreased or increased passed by 100%.
  • Teleportation spells can no longer be used whilst carrying a Flag or Orb
  • All Enhancement movement speeds will be locked out when carrying a flag or orb.

Also those rdruid buffs vs rsham just means druid will fall even further behind in pvp healing.

The only thing I could get behind with your fantasy notes is that snares above 50% should be nerfed to 50% in PvP
