I’ve probably done 60 heroics by now and havent been kicked a single time. Seems like a fine mechanic to me.

I’ve seen people being kicked from left and right mercilessly without a second tought. Cataclism classic from my experience is by far the worst expansion in this regard…

The few times i have seen a vote happen it was in the following situations:
- Person is still afk / out of instance by the time we get to the first boss
- Healer is not keeping up with the tank.
- Tank dies from trashpack within a second or two dispite getting healed.
- Someone being a nuisance to the group in one way or another
The rare times someone gets voted for low dps or some such the vote rarely succeeds. And for two of the above it is clear most don’t want to give peopel the time to learn there role.
Why are you?
Because it is fact most of the time.
You are the one making stuff up, These things don’t actually happen unless you are being obnoxious in someway.

sure you did mate - sure 
for example, during leveling my alt, a dps got left out of a boss room because tank pulled the boss before he could make it inside and he wasnt pleased with it. I simply told him “lol why are you mad you get to afk now” and he tried to votekick me because of that. luckily we were on the last boss and i had healer privilage so i didnt get kicked. so no im not making stuff up. people constantly get kicked for no reason and they have to wait 30 minute to que for a dungeon again.

Yes, People who play WoW are unstable and will take offense to what you might see as ”Jokes”

Anything you say or do can set these people off
not what i might see as “jokes”. it was a clear “joke”. every normal human being can realise that. the rest of the playerbase shouldnt be punished for those sociopaths. now this is an offense. see the difference ? the system is wrong.
