Anyone knows if it’s a known bug or something that can be fixed by myself?
Way I found around it was to set your UI up completely, log out of the game completely, log back in and it should stay set.
The config file which saves your in-game settings will do the save only after a log out. I recommend that you log out immediately after you finish your set up.
And it’s not only for wow classic.
I’m getting mighty fed up with the constant disconnections 
Nothing… Today all my addons configuration have been reset and my UI restored to default…
