The amount of bots and the consistency of how many and how often I see bots is really worrying. Every time I go out to quest or grind I see bots. And I mean that literally, EVERY time, they are always there grinding.
Yesterday before bed I took a lap around Tanaris to do some mining and I found 6 bots grinding mobs after one lap. (Yes I am reporting them and I do get these ingame letters from Blizzars.) Before that I had seen 1-2 bots in every zone I visited. I am not looking for them but they are just everywhere. I do a simple test, either attack them or tag a mob before them so I can know 100% sure its a bot.
I have never seen as many bots as I see in Classic in any game or private server.
Buying righteous orb was really cheap though. I saved atleast 20-40g on my crusader enchant. A bummer for people that enjoy to play Strath living…
Bots will make any game feel like low quality crap.
I know what you mean, on Pryewood village, There is 2 particular bots that have been in the same spot since the 3rd week (Blackwood lake in EPL & Lake Kel’Theril in Winterspring) and are there 9-15 hours a day and I must report them something like 2-3 times a week and they are still there.
They all use the same scripting. I can kite the lvl 60s to kill them while they fight a mob. They will always turn around, pop all cds, and chase me while getting dazed by the mob until they die.
