I think the out of combat timer is off by one sec

So i play a rouge,

I been playing cata for a long time and one thing I liked to do was.

gouge in to blind and then they trinket blind so you could sap the trinket if you where fast and predicted it.

But now I am trying it on classic and i wont drop combat fast enough.

I was sure it was 5 sec to drop combat, but now it seems like it is 6 sec to drop combat.

Am I wrong and have it always been 6 sec? or is this a miss from blizzard?
