the human perception racial is almost garbage in pvp, it’s only useful against rogues, and most of the time it isn’t, because you can’t really know they’re around. Also, warrior’s fear is countered 40% of the time because of all the undeads around.
Orc warriors get their stun resisted 30% of the time (25 + baseline 5%), so basically a third of the time, against:
-kidney shot, cheap shot
-bear stun and cat stun (druid)
-hunter’s intimidation stun, and improved concussive shot, as well as the few pets who can stun
-blackout from priests
-mage’s impact passive talent (yes, it stuns)
-warrior’s charge and intercept
-paladin’s hammer of justice, and the seal that stuns
-all the items, trinkets and engineering tools which can stun: grenades (everyone uses them), tidal wave…
Also, you don’t have to deal with shadowguard, devouring plague, or ele shamans one shotting you if you go horde.
I really feel like I’m playing on the “weak” faction for pvp right now.
Not to mention that orcs have a weapon skill bonus too (for axes) and an on demand dps trinket as a racial (blood fury)
Also, horde has windfury totem, which is insanely fun to play with for a warrior, and ele shamans can purge and frost shock people for you.
I know paladins are a great support with freedom and cleanse for warriors, but I feel like I’m missing out on all the fun…

Undead racial is busted - everyone knows just gotta wait till trinkets to come out to level out the playing field.
Casters - Alliance (arguable cuz troll)
Melee - Horde
freedom and cleanse are big in pvp, slows and roots are a warrior’s number one enemy. But it won’t happen everytime.
Going horde means you get stun resist, way more offensive dispell, and way more dps support with ele shamans, so you’ll kill people faster, in an easier way.
That’s the reason I went horde in classic instead of alliance like I did on nost: no faction is actually better than the other at all, even in pvp, but horde is much more fun

Gnome warrior is very good, dwarf is good too for stoneform and so is orc.
Undead warrior and humans are mostly for looks.

Perception is fine. You’ll often see rogues go into stealth at a distance since they move so slowly in it. Wait 5-10s then pop it. Great for duels, too.
Gnome is also pretty good for warrior. Escape artist helps counter your biggest weakness which is being kited.

You need to wait for BWL gear on Paladins to see them get to hurt people and assist warriors well in PVP.
BWL/Naxx Paladins hurt a lot and took a lot of heat.
Shammies WF is just OP on clothies and mail users.
I will never understand why people play human for a racial that gives them a few more dps when the whole content is clearable with 15 green geared level 55s. Gnome is the only option on alliance side.
Yes, going Alliance is a mistake.

Alliance is owning horde 90% of time, I would rather stay on strong side then go to weakling who need number advantage to even have a chance.

Yeah no, alliance does that because they lose 1vs1 everytime.
Alliance wins 90% of time, you are so bad that you can’t even win 2vs1 and need to log in with level 60 to have a chance.

This is perfectly alliance you’re describing here. Really bad at pvp, no wonder lolliance attracts only pve carebears.

Back in the day it was Alliance who was the more popular faction, probably by a bigger margin than the 60-40 advantage Horde has now on some realms.
A lot of the PvP prowess that gave Horde its prestige came in fact from the trial by fire of having to hold your own at a numbers disadvantage.
Alliance is the new Horde.

Have you not seen the video yet where around 20 members of APES all use Escape Artist at the same time to break frost nova and cleave down those other raid guilds?
Humans are best for PvE and they look great in Warrior gear. In PvP, they aren’t terrible.
