We are unable to progress. We are a guild of working folk, and we can’t raid 5 hours in a row. So, we down 7 bosses Wednesday night. The next day, same instance ID, ZERO bosses down, we have to start again at Marrowgar. Some of our raiders have said they will leave if it happens again. Blizzard has given no useful response to our tickets except to say not to worry we won’t be banned (I mean, WTF!!!). How is a guild like ours supposed to get tries on Lich King if we have to restart from Marrowgar our second raid night?
Ok, once it would be a pain and very weird. But FOUR WEEKS of our ICC instances resetting to have all bosses up? Seriously? And yes, we can more than document this. We have submitted instance IDs. I have screenshots on successive nights with 7 of 12 down and the next day 0 of 12 down, same id. We have loot from last night that can still be traded, but our save has Marrowgar up (0/10 bosses killed). This should obviously be impossible. This should be easy to confirm. This should definitely not happen more than once.
Please, why have we gotten no useful response at all to this? Seriously?
Im in the same guild and problem, btw im the GM and the actual RL and it’s getting frustrating. I put several tickets , really hope any GM can do anything for us.
Frustrating it is… same guild, same problem, same feeling of wanting to give up every single new safe… 0 incentives and overall, a HUGE disappointment for what I thought was a gorgeous company…
I play also with Aster. We are totally frustrated and desperated. Our tickets trying to look for a solution are useless. 4 weeks without a solution. 40 people paying their accounts getting frustrated week after week. I think we deserve a minimun attention…
By de way… It only happens to us?? No one more in the world is suffering these resets?
Hi, offcourse we will leave if the problem continues, we cant progress in the Raid content, we are facing every save knowing we cant continue after the first day of raid in every single save since almost 2 months, so we think we deserve a solution, we want to enjoy the game but for some reason we cant…so Blizz pls do something.
It does not matter, we start a new save all Wednesdays after the weekly reset, we gather to Raid like always but the next the of our scheduled day of raid ussually is thursday, we gather to reenter and continue with the save and it reseted, we have to reclear all Bosses from start over and over again during the same week, we simply cant progress due of this “bug”, is frustrating. We are facing this bug since atleast 5 weeks.
I am from the same guild, it is insane to try to progress if we can not continue our save. It’s a pain to can not spent time on the bosses we need to kil in hc.
It does matter, though. Raids always reset on the night between tuesday and wednesday at 5-6 am or so. So if you raid that night, yes it will be reset the morning after. Extended raid lockouts wasn’t a thing until later expansions, from what I can remember.
We raid, wednesdays, thursdays and mondays. And the “extra resets” are being between these days, from wednesday to thursday or from thusday to mondays. Thats why we can not have a propper progress.
I am also one of the users affected with this problem.
I know that some people may be think that it is a feature that the instance resets every night and Blizzard don’t ban you but we are not doing on purpouse and we are tired of repeating the same bosses again and again without a change to advance and without any help or response from the people in charge.
Please, if any GM can help us, answer us.
You’re telling me you have consistently managed to break the game and get multiple lockouts on the same character within the same week? Thus meaning you could exploit and get multiple Deathbringer’s Will trinkets and extra Shadowmourne Fragments every week?
Because I’ve never heard of this happening, reset happens at Wednesday morning at 5am ST currently, and then you have a week before the next reset.
It happened in ToGC to some people. So it has happened before. However exploiting is is a bannable offence so re-doing the raid 3 times a week could get you banned.
