I have always played on an RP/PVE server, so the fact that they now make it so I can play under PVP rules is not suddenly going to make me want to play on PVP rules, the fact that they give you a small % bonus and a few extra abilities to do that and use in PVE is meaningless If I wanted to PVP I would have always joined a PVP server. And if I want to PVP i`ll just go play a game where player v player is half decent and fun and that’s not WOW.
Maybe if Horde stopped !@#$%^-*ing every single Allianceplayer just trying to finish a mob, more would turn WarMode back on.
I never understood that. I would never attack a Hordeplayer while he is busy fighting mobs. I wait till he is finished, then I bow, then the fight begins.

I'm not saying you shouldn't. But people are missing the fact that horde dominate the overworld not because of faction population imbalance. They do just because the faction is more focused on this aspect and alliance on peacefully farming quests/herbs.
Maybe if Horde's response to any fair 1v1 wasn't "Better open group finder and call in a raid group against this guy kicking my !@# solo" more Alliance would have WM on.

because that counts every single character ever created. including all alts and trial characters ever made. it also counts characters from accounts that have been inactive for more than 10 years and stuff like that.

I made a conscious decision way back, when I started in vanilla to play on a "PvE" realm, and I will -not- be bullied or otherwise to participate in PvP.
I don't give a damn about the crappy PvP in this game.
The fact they removed a lot of these "realm limitations" to be able to push forward their failure named "War Mode" is not my problem.
If you don't like it deal with it, or go play Fortnite or Call of Duty or whatever pvp crap kids play these days.

So abrasive. The poster was stating fact - Alliance players complain about imbalance but factually, the imbalance is caused by Alliance players. Therefore, Alliance players complaining about imbalance and blaming it on Blizzard having a faction bias or whatever their favourite reason is this moment should in fact be blaming other Alliance players, not Blizzard, not the Horde.
Nobody is telling *you personally* that *you personally* have to play with war mode on, least of all the person you quoted. They merely stated that factually the imbalance is caused your own faction and nobody else.

It absolutely is.
