Maybe this will be shocking to you ,but not everyone have desire to chase numbers

The current system forces raiders and pvpers to do a lot of m+. Now raiding is even balanced around m+ because of how much loot it drops.
By pugging raid as well. If you are in guild like the majority, gearing via raids is actualy faster. Not every guild as m+ groups
But this change would incentivize you to keep pushing higher keys for more loot, don’t you want a challenge? This is the same argument you people make towards raiders when they talk about the lack of gear.

Well let me tell you that most raiders do not even have heroic Ny’alotha on farm. Let’s say someone needs an upgrade from the 11th boss, it seems kind of pointless to spend weeks or even months trying to clear it when you could just get the equivalent in a 30-minute +11 Freehold.

Because raiding is hella lot faster to gear up & still contain the best gear in the game
M+ is capped at 465

Even Heroic raid gives better loot on the last 2 bosses than doing a +14 which is hella lot harder than a herothicc raid boi
and 2nd, you can farm the first 3 bosses on heroic or mythic and gear up waaaaaaaay faster than pug 5 man dungeons

agreed, but mostly because i can actually heal as a healer 
Instead of being a boomkin from classic who primarly dps but heals on the side …

Tell that to my paladin who i’ve spent 3 weeks just spamming +8’s trying to get a bloody shield ( min 3 a day )
Meanwhile the shield i currently have i got after 8 normal raid boss kills
So when it comes to gearing up, the most effective is to do a m+ just for the weekly chest then spam raid until full clear or you get to a hard boss you can’t defeat

I also hate to use this as an argument, but i’ve geared 12 alts every season since start of this expacc,i think im qualified to say which is faster to gear ( I stop at heroic raid ilevel tho but still )

First 3, they can be easily farmed
