There is so much that is good with this expansion, so much that is better than BfA, that if you are here complaining about SL…it’s time to leave these forums and game forever.
You do not like WoW anymore.
I am okay with that. The problem is with you, not WoW.
I have burnt out on WoW before, but I knew it wasn’t the game, it was me. I needed a break; I came back later and loved it all over again.
There are many other games to play, so go.
Unless you are a nefarious agent who works for another game who wants to sow dissent.
Or you are a troll who enjoys seeing people’s reactions more than playing a video game.
SL is quality. The Devs are trying and succeeding. Perfection is a goal but is never attained. SL is so much better than BfA, if you are still angry… just…leave.
The game has been here 15 years! There are no surprises about the fundamentals of how you spend your time in this game. If you use “waste of time” in your complaints, go outside, exercise, teach, build, coach, become a foster parent, read a book.

Yeah for me too, all of those are just opinions. I dont see any problem with ppl complaining on forums, everyone can do whatever.

I’m enjoying shadowlands to death, but I totally see why people don’t like it or enjoy it. I like reading about why some people don’t enjoy things and it makes me think about why they feel that way and how the game could be improved to suit all of us.

SL is a big improvement over BfA. It’s not perfect, but I did have a lot of fun with it so far.

What is better in this expansion than BFA except faster class play?
BFA had unrewarding isles. SL got its own crap named Torghast.
BFA had 2 major islands with 6 zones, connected and pretty open maps.
Sl got 5 but one of it is so garbage I dont want to count it in, so its 4. Three of them are extremely tedious, feeling extremely tiny with rocks and cliffs trying to give the illusion that the zone is bigger. Maldraxxus is the only zone I tolerate because its open and in an okay size.
BFA had a variety of world quests. Worst had to be saving the turtles but many had its “Kill this azerite boss in this cave.” Plain and simple, ENTER THE * CAVE and kill the boss.
Shadowlands then? Pick this item, kill 50 mobs, fill the item, power up the * boss, let it destroy the gate then kill the boss all the way in, oops you dont have FLIGHT WHISTLE SO GOTTA RUN ALL THE WAY BACK BUDDY!
How about COSMETIC REWARDS?! Well BFA rewarded me with dark iron dwarf, Sl rewards me with mog id never use. Cool.
I have to admit that grinding for my dark iron dwarf was a pain but I had a goal. I wanted it. Check the date I got it. I almost never took a days break out of it.
SL in the other hand. What should I farm for? Nothing interests me. And it cost so… much… anima.
What about mythics and raids? I havent tried them on higher mythics and raids doesnt interest me at all, but I bet they feel the same.
Btw not many are burned ouf ot WoW: many of my friends gave up in SL but is waiting for classic tbc or still play classic. Its the expansion who suck. Bfa was better even if its not the greatest expansion. Atleast I had something to look forward to…

In shadowlands you do not have to do milloin things daily and weekly just to keep up. That’s what better. Features like torghast, islands etc. are always going to be garbage.
The fact we don’t have to play every single day to grind ap, essences, corruption resistance and mana perls.
