If you play 2v2 or 3v3 yes, you need to use your whole toolkit unlike playing 10v10, 15v15 or even 40v40. Plus you need to know other classes very well so you know what cooldowns they do and what weaknesses they have, what are their comps win condition etc.
Skill needed to play arenas and battlegrounds is totally different. Look at retail, people who are 2200+ in rated BGs can´t even push 1500 in arenas because they lack skill. Do you think TBC is any different?

Second of all, the boost will be there, so formme and others its fine, u stay frustrated and argue, but it wont dissapear.

If we break it down, I guess more than 80% of posts about the boost are written by less than 5% of posters.

Community outrage is when the forum is packed. I experienced that when Blizz decided to not give us DE servers at the Beginning. THAT was a sh_tstorm, a community outrage, that changed how things will be in this game.
This non-issue however?

Ohhhh yes, diiiiiiire consequences indeed…barely anyone will *gasp* play in Ashenvale any more (you know, same as it is now), almost no one will run lowlevel dungeons (ya know, like now), there will be bots in the game (granted, they are in the game right now as well), and people will use new characters as crafting alts (looking at my 5 tailoring/alchemy alts).
