you need trust level 3 to be able to post pictures on the forum :c

With high enough ā€œtrust levelā€ you can post pictures, links to videos etc.
ā€œTrust levelā€ is earned by getting ā€œlikesā€ on your posts and by being active on the forums I believe.

Itā€™s a post other people can edit.

Iā€™ve seen it used in the Overwatch forums when they added the workshop mode without any guides to what the commands do so someone made a wiki post and people just started editing it making a database of what each thing does.

Well anyone with trust level 1 as mentioned above but considering the criteria for TL1 is so trivialā€¦ yeah.
