The former leaders or the forsaken are a person named Sylvanas and a bat-winged demon with fangs that comes from Revendreth.

Yeah, ngl I think WoW has such a low amount of classes, and many of them are really unimaginative (especially compared to other mmorpgs). I remember a cool collection of fan class/spec concepts by Keyboardtardum & thelostcodex, I think? With all kinds of subspecs from vampiric Sinshapers and angelic Soulmenders to Necromancers and Drustweavers

It’s probably between Shadow Priests and Affliction Warlocks that have the most vampire fantasy out of all the playable classes and specs. Maybe blood death knight too, but for me the idea of a vampire is more befitting of a cloth class than a plate one. San’layn are inarguably the closest race to the fantasy archetype but I’d also say they’re both difficult to play and difficult to find a suitable home for.

Though saying that, it’s not the easiest thing to find a suitable home for a shadow priest or warlock, both benevolent and evil alike.

Get rid of this word.

Lets not.

You can’t un-Valley Girl me.

… Welsh valley or other?

I should have phrased it better but that’s what I meant. There’s no specific traditional vampire class or race, for instance (except for the vrykul someone please rp the vrykul come on). It’s all allusions to vampirism of some sort.

Silicon, hunty.

I agree, but I think that they should add more specs for the already existing ones. I would absolutely love it if they decided to, for example, add a storm sorcery spec for mages to go full Medivh on someone.

If anything, this would be the time to do it. We see all sorts of races picking up storm powers to become primalists, so a few nerds sitting down and studying that to make it into a mage spec? I could see it happening.

Can we throw in Earth based shaman and evoker while we’re at it.
And ranged rogue?

Astral priest that can choose between sun and moon visuals pls.

Please.
This would be the perfect direction to take Outlaw in IMO. It’s already partially there, but I’d love to see actual handgun/flintlock models added for us pirate seafaring RPers.

Not necessarily new specs but new spell designs or spell animation reworks/recolours. You know, blue fire for mages/paladins, etc. It’s been a thing players have been asking for for years now.

That’s neat, and I’m still waiting for a new creative healer like a Bard or an Artist from Lost Ark. They get Aeromancer with a breathtaking unique gameplay, and we get… An Evoker… Who breathes fire in a triangle? Cool, I guess

The worst part is that it is something in canon, as well as many other specs they could literally just ctrl+c, ctrl+v from lore that they’ve already written. Mages in the lore (I think it was the Last Guardian in specific) are described as also being able to do some earth magic and lightning, to the point that the latter was Medivh’s preferred element.

Just, literally, for the love of god, just use what you’ve already got.

LMAO its the same reason i play Vulpera. love playing them out of spite to annoy the haters on the forums
