So currently on Deviate Delight and on Zandalar Tribe this community project for “fresh” is really going well.
Zandalar Tribe even witnessed an increase in numbers of it’s player population.
I’m really curious as to see how many of those defenders of this community project will stick around starting on the 29th June and forward since that Everlook unofficial project will be releasing a fresh realm.
i guess that then we will see if those “community for fresh” people will stick around…
Good to hear ZT is going well. I was part of the 1st iteration of the reliving efforts and remember the good intentions / spirits that went along with the project.
Definitely rooting for all of you and who knows, I may join too!

In which server have you been playing and how is it there?
I’m just wondering how big of an impact a unofficial Vanilla server would have in this community project, especially in the sense of how many of those people that embraced this fresh project will stick around or if they will go to Everlook.
I have always been a part of the Firemaw cluster, both horde and alliance.
I am a long time advocate of Era, so I have always welcomed such initiatives. I would assume that pserver should not have a huge effect on the ZT community, but I don’t have much info so it is simply a gut feeling…!

I recognised the OP’s name from the fresh threads before, I noticed when reading through those that this guy(OP) was arguing with some of the people who started the fresh project and guilds.
Anyway, up until the point I read this thread I wasn’t too sure who was in the right and who was in the wrong, just saw it as a bit of back and forth. Do yourself a favour and check these out for context:

Not only were those threads weeks ago but he doesn’t play there. Going off what’s in those threads he has been banned from their discords too. Now he has got wind of a new PServer he has come here to specifically make a thread attempting to subtly attack the fresh project.
TLDR - Read those threads and think about why he has come here, weeks later to make this thread. It’s proper troubling behaviour. He is legit invested in tearing those guys and their community down…
EDIT: I don’t play there and did not take part in the project. I play exclusively on Firemaw cluster. I just read the threads, saw this current behaviour and now realise he was in fact the issue (i understand why they banned him now).
And for you Troubled OP, if you were part of the pserver community you’d know what they know. They know who is running that server, know all too well. So before you think those fella’s and their next shiny server is going to be the death of classic(or the fresh project lot you have it in for)…trust me, its not.
I see what you mean Graven - Unfortunately a lot of people in these forums have ulterior motives whenever they post something. If this is true, then it is sad.
This does not change the fact that I praise the ZT initiative and want it to succeed as with all Era projects. The more updates we get from the project the better. All I can say is that I did log in late at night yesterday in both factions and saw quite a few players leveling as well as many higher levels just by simply doing /who.
Keep doing what your doing. Naysayers have been here as long as Era has existed in any form. For a long long time, we only had 4 raiding guilds in Firemaw Horde and 2 in the Alliance. Ironically the horde was much bigger back then. Naysayers attacked us from every angle when we tried to spread the word.
Most of those naysayers have been gone now for a long, long time.
Which are those discords you refer to? I was banned from the Zandalar Tribe - Horde - discord for having a discussion about what was going on with the guild mindset that surfaced within Zandalar having 1 mega guild on each side, a few of us decided to create another guilds with different goals and we were accused that we wanted to split the community by creating other guilds, at least get your facts straight and i am playing on Alliance side.

Population.
ZT has very very low population. I’m lvl 50+ and the dungeons I’ve managed to do so far - DM once, stockade once, SM once. Period.
ABANDONED all Uldaman quests, all ZF quests, all Maraudon quests and about to abandon ST quests as well.
If I wanted single player experience, I’d be playing Elden Ring.
ZT is a fake fresh.
There are already many who separated themselves from the “fresh movement” and want to do ZG and AQ20 FROM START. Others want OP pvp purplez. Seriously, what are you doing in such a server when you want BIS items from the very beginning?
Let alone that all the warriors and paladins use Ice Barbed Spear at lvl 51, an AV quest reward, with officers trying to justify it because they used it themselves too, of course. Also, besides the t3 players that exist (because hello the server is 5 years old), I see “freshers” with dire maul gear and dire maul is not a phase 1 dungeon.
People are already cheating, ruining any kind of fresh feeling for the others. On everlook fresh (or any REAL fresh) no such BS exists at a phase 1.
This whole situation reminds me of the appeal-core, where every random loser cheated on the community and appealed against his death as “unfair”, “lag”, “grief”, w/e. The only one you are fooling, is yourselves because people will quit with your BS and you will be left alone.
Besides Everlook, 1-2 TBC private servers are about to launch (one at 5th of July), which interest me (and you know, they are all free to play). So I am not planning to return to this fake server ever again.
Shills, feel free to disagree. That’s ok. I wish you all the best loot from NON-phase 1 dungeons/raids (if you manage to find enough people that is).
