There have been a few… me included but I was criticized that what I did was a cake and not a pizza. Though the difference between a pizza and a cake is a fine line. Where does the pizza end, where does the cake begin?

I do wanna talk about a process i’ve called a word that i invented in my mind “communitization”. It happens when a group of people that frequently attend a certain place or spot like the forums for example start to create a bond which sometimes is composed of friendships that forms into a community to say.
The good aspects of it are obvious and i probably shouldn’t be struggling in words of a language i’m not native on about things that are evident, but, the bad side of it, which affected me in negative ways in many situations:
The exclusion. As someone who got into WoW particularly late and in these forums specifically even later i do have to express the feeling of “not being part of” or “not feeling to have a place”. I think a lot of those who don’t poses good social skills and arrives late at the party feel left out, anyone who’s not part of that close-knitted inner core of people feel excluded.
In one case i felt i was part of the inside, i had the lucky to find a group of cool guys once in WoW to push M+, a rare occasion i didn’t felt excluded because i was welcomed and wanted, but, the genuine Alliance experience struck us and they all went Horde lol.

I think a lot of people will agree with you Landrien, but please don’t take offense as I really don’t mean to be offensive, but isn’t that you giving power to a set of people or community?
I will be truly honest with you here, I know a few people from FF and I will admit there are some I do not like, by the same rule I am sure there are some in that community who also do not like me, but that does not mean that I cannot post or be part of the forums.
Please don’t exclude yourself, there is room for all of us and our differing views

Indeed think of any situation in life and there will be people you like and don’t like and people who will like or dislike you. You don’t have to like everyone, you just have to be civil to each other.
It’s the same for family, work, hobbies, communities, guilds, discords etc etc.

Dear Leafkettle. I don’t know if you came to read this thread but anyway…
that FF is not same thing as these forums. It is just a discord started by group of forum posters and it advertises on general forum and generally takes anyone in who wants - but it does not represent whole forum community and by being out of that group does not mean that forums would be meaningles to be.
There is lot of forum regulars that are not on that discord (several that have said it in this thread, and also for example me). You can keep posting here like always. Being kicked from FF will not affect for you posting here. So if you ever want to come back posting on forums, feel welcome.
