Blizzard do not garuntee that you will be able to play your character of choice on your server of choice.
As long as you can play a character, any character even a new one, on a server, any server, they have met their legal obligations.
You cant help me. If it was possible to fix it on my own, Im not bothering with tickets. Im just baffled they are so arrogant they ditched all support services and expect to get away with it.

hello guys regarding this topic am having a problem for a week now bnet app is acting weird telling me the update agent went to sleep and sometimes just don’t load. i tried many option like removing the app and reinstall it and some IP things even update the video card nothing. today the app is refusing to update the game. anyone with any help is appreciated.
The fact that you have ridiculously low standards doesnt mean everybody should follow your lead and stay quiet. Quiet the opposite, if you want to achieve any change in such thick company as blizzard is. Ppl who pay and have zero demands are the best for scammy companies like Blizzard. Armagadon - probably best to start a new thread as it’s a different topic, but:
This problem can sometimes mean that the Blizzard app is having difficulties connecting to the Blizzard servers. Try resetting your router / modem combination. For most people this is a single box. Switch it off, wait 5 minutes, switch it back on and wait a few more minutes then try again.
Armagadon, do a proper uninstall, which is removing all the battle.net folders that are hidden in your Appdata and programdata folders.
You can also end the agent in the task manager.

Deliria, they have the right to complain, but doing it on the forums is the wrong place. The right place? A ticket, the irony.
