You can solo grind them from Ogres outside the dungeon but the drop rate is low. They also drop from Ogres in Blackrock Spire.
Ask your guild to help you? There’s normally always someone who needs a piece of gear from DM.
Or grind gold then pay people to help you. Worked for me for many things.
