while hiding during the RP my character and arathors character gets thrown a bit over the place. you can alos see in game lighting glow appearing,
in the video you’ll see my highlighting it with my mouse.
At the end of the RP my character gets stuck.
I previously tried to remedy it be abandoning the quest but had to go back all the way to where I picked up the quest. at least I have a video now to show proof! 
logging out fixed the issue.
