Incomplete Transmogs after Pre patch

In Pandaria Remix i got the Sha-skin transmog for a warlock. Fun part was i could use them on priests and mages too. till pre patch. Now one set is incomplete and one set got chest piece changed

There are three colours, green blue and red.
Green is ok.
Blue got chest piece changed to shirt instead of Robe
Red chest piece is gone and make the set incomlete and i cant use it anymore.

Ive also seen on many other sets older and from Legion Remix wont change their appearance even if they are complete and show as complete when i look at them when transmoging section.

Have this happend to someone else?

Yes!
I’m a set collector, so I’ve spent a lot of time on these, and I know my sets, what I had, whats available from every expansion (both official and extra sets), and suddenly a lot of pieces are just missing. Like, bracers from one set, chest from another set etc…
I really hope this is not permanent and that it’s fixable, I would hate to spend more time doing old content to refarm appearances that I already obtained
