good replacement then
People who get KSM are having 6 and higher on farm. They get hero track all the time.
Yep, I just checked WoWhead. It required one player to have the key which dropped of Sapphiron in Naxx10 (for EoE10) or Naxx25 (for EoE25).
So it was both an attunement in the sense that if no-one had the key, no-one could start the encounter, and a non-attunement in the sense that if someone else had the key, you didnât need to have it yourself.
i highly doubt that people who get ksms do those keys more then like 10 times before they get 1 .
you are overestimating the amount of times people clear keys before they progress up .
When that is their goal then it really doesnât matter they get a catalist charge from KSM or a token for a hero track item.

If that´s âremovingâ attunements, god forbid what would have happened if they decided to add more, instead⌠You literally needed to get attuned just to be able to get attuned so that you could actually get attunedâŚit´s literally a a meme

Seriously, literally the only raids that didn´t require a lengthy and convoluted attunement to enter were Gruul, Magtheridon, and SunwellâŚ
The WoWhead guide sums it up quite wellâŚ
Correct. And what I wanted to say is that it was a process. The list you say is true. But still 10x easier to execute than the Vanilla ones.
And after all that mess, you clearly pointed out that in the end they simply decided to ditch the whole concept in Sunwell. And since then, attunements (as understood from Vanilla) never came back.
They saw a problem with access to end-game content in Vanilla. They tried a few things in TBC, failed⌠and in Sunwell they finally took the decision they should have taken when BWL came out 3 years prior⌠So they took 3 years to do the obvious change basically.
But my point still stands. Even though the facts were a bit inaccurate. There used to be a problem with access to end-game activities. Blizzard was aware and they iterated many solutions. Most of them failed. But some succeed (like reducing 40 man raids to 25), and we ended up where we are now.
