It’s not fun waiting 20 mins for a named NPC to respawn when you have no good tagging abilities and 8 other people waiting for the respawn
Also doesn’t help when they respawn at different spots
Other NPCs spawn super quick because they’ve been moderated to, why not named NPCs?
Because that’s classic for ya. Take it or leave it 
Well named npc respawn rate is kinda inconsistent i’d say, at least some named npcs seem to be affected by hyperspawns if it’s triggered in the area - as an example Zalazane in durotar or centaur named guys in barrens. But i agree it can be annoying on some npcs
