0 Loot eligibility for Moira. My entire party saw my BiS gloves drop twice without me being eligible to roll on them. Several party members claim to have seen this happen at other times, what’s going on? D:

yes. apparently you need to have finished the quest to save her to be able to loot her. if you don’t have the quest, you can’t loot.

Indeed, you can loot her after your saved her. Something that was never implemented on private servers
