Ingame customer support broken. Need help please

I’m sorry that this is probably the wrong place for this, but i cant find a way to post on the US forums which is the only place where they have a bug report forum nowadays ><

So, i send in a ticket about a bug ingame 2 days ago, i got a reply the next day.
When i open the reply to my ticket, i only get a fully black customer support window, no text.
When i right click and drag my mouse over it i get a single line of text that refuses to be displayed here because it is a link, or so it says.

I have no clue what to do with this, i can not send a new bug report because customer support now gives that full black window. And i can not get rid of the “you have a reply to your ticket” popup thingy that is blocking my buffs.

I tried turning off all my addons and relogging, this doesnt help.
Does any1 have an idea what to do here please?

You can make for free a starter edition on the US realms. Then write on US forum.

As for the “black box” no idea, other than to post in the US or EU technical support forum.

If you can´t read your tickets ingame for whatever reason, you can simply scroll up to the top of this page, mouseover your account name, click on “support” in the drop down menu, and acess them isung teh web interface by clicking on “my tickets” in teh webpage that opens.
