How? Are the 5 targets in a group of 30 mobs randomly hit? So 3 AOE spells from 3 different casters could hit the same target 3 times and nuke it down. Which results in less amount of targets and higher chances of hitting it 3 times.

if speed of killing 1 group of 15 and 3 groups of 5 is the same why do 1st option ( tank and heal have to deal with 3x more pressure for 0 benefit )

Some spells wont have cap like consecration, or have 8 cap like hunters Volley, so there is bound to be some options for high skill groups to take more for some classes or chainpull smth but its not the general rule
what you do then is tell blizzard that your realm is dead and that they need to merge them, this is what you should ask for, not a system that restrics what we can do. Iâd give you my full support, there is no excuse for how bad some realms are right now in terms of population and they should merge them.

So alternatively, they could create a currency for shadowlands that can be earned through anything just like gold (killing bosses, vendoring itemsâŚ) and that could be used to buy flying.
.AoE cap is only for certain classes/abilities and to create powerful nieces. I like this now we understand. At first, I hated this news that aoe cap was 5-8 but it turns out that was misleading. They arenât aoe capping the whole game, itâs just certain abilities like in vanilla. Warriors gonna be 2-5 target cleave gods again whereas frost mages still gonna be 50 mob pack destroyers.

Master looter solution is easy - give master looter to pure guild runs, all other runs get personal loot. And if your pure guild run gets a person from outside the guild, the loot system immediately changes to personal loot. Thatâs all. Master looter is for guilds and guilds should be free to run themselves as they want.
