hah ? first of all who the hell are you , second of all i have never ever been kicked out of a guild before raiding with them . ( except for 1 case back in SL but even that was a special case i was about to leave the guild and my friend ask me not to cause he was in it to and he vouched for me )

Nothing has changed since Everquest, tbh.
Back then, the āendgameā was tuned toward 0.1% of top players. I donāt see how it really changed nowadays.
