Tanking is fun if you’re surrounded by a healer who is reactive enough and puts out good heals, and your DPS can pump. But if either of those aren’t true, its a miserable experience because it is a lot of effort, for little reward. 
But bad players can play any role.

Lucky you. I’m spending 15-30 minutes, queuing in +4 +5 dungeons. My ilvl is 611, may be a bit low, don’t know.
