Is Flying Mount available in Classic?

Hey Blizzard, I saw some mages flying with their horse in Eastern Plaguelands.

I would like to ask you if it’s a kind of a beta test of a new feature in classic WoW ?

Will players enjoy this new feature soon or is it only for those frostmages heading to Stratholme ?

Only if you upgrade your account you can have flying included
