I use addon that lets me invite people to a guild by just using my scroll mouse so it’s not automated, I use option to not invite the same people within 6 months, should that be okay with WoW rules or I can get in trouble? I’m not using any messages, just invites.
Pretty sure it isn’t against ToS. Have done the same in the past.

Addons are not against ToS.
Not against ToS . But have some common decency. It gets annoying real fast

Maybe a bit off topic, but why would you want to invite completely random people into your guild, without even talking to them?
I can somewhat understand it happening when people try to get enough sign ins to start a new guild when the realms just opened. But if you already have a guild, why spam random people with it?
I would. I have a friends from that random invites. Using mass invite addon in wotlk.
Just want a guild with random people that I can talk to while doing stuff in the game, of course I can join some other random big guild but I wanted a specific guild name of my choice 
Better option would be doing some adverts on general or whatever. I don’t think many people join a guild randomly when invited.
But no it should not be against ToS.
That’s a wrong asumption, I arleady have 350 members in my guild, this addon is so crazy that I wanted to make sure it’s ok.

Once got a whisper on my bank alt from… a lv1 unguilded bank alt who wanted me to join their guild. facepalm
