Recently i made 2 trial accaunt
1st got banned like in 2 days
2nd got banned after 2-3h and after wrote support got bann lifter but got banened again
Suport dosnt help and will not remove bann
So what i did? Made char moved to city so i can see trade chat
After ignoring seller of M+ and raids i was able to see chat clean
And was waiting for ppl who wantd crafter and whispered them from main accaunt
So my question is. Witch rules i am breaking?

even i dont realy use 2nd accaunt? only for seeing trade chat outside city
So you log into a second account to see trade chat which you could do by logging into your main account? That doesn’t make much sense.

Why are you using a 2nd account to do things you could just do on your main account? Sounds sus.

They want to be able to see trade chat when they aren’t in a city on their main account. Pretty common thing for traders to do this so that they don’t need to stay in a city all the time and can play normally.
Used to be an addon that let you see trade chat from anywhere but it hasn’t been updated since about 2018.
OP must be putting out /say messages in a main town or something though. Trial accounts won’t get banned for just standing there. Someone is reporting them for… something.

Yeah, their policy states that:
“Accounts that are used for the primary purpose of advertising may be closed.”
So it wouldn’t be weird to close the account even if you were just chilling in the main city. This might even be done with automation, since it is pretty easy to detect and “separate” from new players that are legit using trial accounts.
From what I understand they do not want trial accounts used this way.

Yup.
From bliz’s PoV, you are “taking advantage” of a loophole to “create” a 2nd account for free, which costs them extra space in the server, only to have the advantage of doing multiple things together.
From a company’s PoV it makes sense, and I understand not wanting you seasoned users using trial accounts like that.
From a players PoV I understand wanting to check the trade chat if you are not in the town, but it seems that there is no easy way of doing that (unless you have real multiple accounts).

Is it that weird?
Blizzard is offering a service by providing you an account to play on the game servers.
The trial accounts are there for the purpose of new players to try out the game, not for seasoned players to use them as a “free 2nd account”.
If someone wants a second account to be able to do multiple things in the game, it seems reasonable that he has to pay for that second account.
Not saying it’s weird just funny
Reading adverts is not “advertising” so it doesn’t break that term of agreement, not in a literal sense at least. They might ban accounts for that, anything is possible, but they haven’t stated it outright.
If you are not advertising your services or contacting anyone on the trial account, what was the general reason given for your ban?
A lot of advertising spam is from level 10 new accounts, they can been seen all over the place and anyone who is a guide can clearly see them even when they try to hide behind building, in the portal room etc. But even if you were reported with the rest of them, I would expect there to actually have been some kind of conversations going on that could indicate you were a second account drumming up business.
Trials can only read, not write.
The explanation that someone is banned for reading the chat on a trial account while doing something else on the main account is nonsense.
There must be some other explanation. Is this really the whole story?

For unban i got GM told me i was mistaken disconed for ban
Nop i know accaunt got ban, cause when login in batle its was writen that accaunt got banned
