Hello all. Returned to WoW recently. I play on the Nethergarde Keep server and have been unable to find dungeon groups the last few days.
Is the server dead? Is the future of WoW Classic doomed? What are good servers to be on for long term security of enjoyment?
It costs £19 per character to change realm so it seems like the game is not worth playing anymore. 
How many people are in silithus? 
I haven’t done any dungeons or raids since BWL on wednesday either. But I’ve been online quite a bit.

I think something needs to be done about boosting. Like if a level 60 is in your party, reduce the xp gain by 90%. I’m tired of the caveman mentality of ‘no changes’ when some changes are clearly for the better of the game. My friend who started this game last week has already quit because the new player experience is terrible.
So… how would these changes improve your friends quality in the game? chances are people will avoid him anyway.
Well instead of spending 4 hours trying to find a dungeon group, only seeing “WTS boost 3g”, he would be playing in a dungeon. Quite a big difference in gameplay quality.

I actually transfered to Nethergarde Keep a few weeks ago from a high pop PvP realm. Gotta admit it’s quite dead for low levels everywhere, and Nethergarde is the lowest pop PvE server on EU. That doesn’t help either.
The boosting culture though is really one of the main problems here. Not much to be done about that for the moment I’m afraid.
I opened a New Non-transferable Realms thread, if you’d like you could reply there with something positive to say about that idea. Hope Blizzard will notice and release some of those: Fresh Realms needed - #35
It will take a while before the first batch of players hits 60 and nobody will have gold for boosts anyway.
Would be even sweeter of course if they released these realm starting at phase 1.

Didn’t mean to highjack your thread, just thought it was relevant. Because the servers all over are indeed dead and our WoW Classic community could use some new vigor!
Yup, and thats why we have premade group finders and crossrealms on retail.
Without constant supply of new players, this tho happen.
And some still curse lfg and lfr lulz.
The server has a healthy population, much in comparison with Vanilla. Is it hard to find groups? Yes, BUT that depends on what dungeon you are looking for and what time of the day.
Peak time is after 16:00 and slows down around midnight, but there is usually groups going for everything.
Get yourself situated in one of our many fine guilds, some are more hardcore oriented others are more casual oriented and some are just social.
Is the server dead? By all means NO.
