Is there some ingame way already or some add-on with that function?

I’m not sure if its what you are looking for but I have recently downloaded an Add-on called Craftsim (its on Curseforge).
It allows you to add on check how different quality materials affect your craft. And lets you adjust points in particular Stats, which I guess is useful if you’re checking which Talents to spend.
The UI is a bit messy, but it’s a new add-on and I have found it really useful so far.
The UI currently seems to only includes the bonus skill from the equipment.
But it does not give the sum of of the “secondary” stats of gathering professions (deftness, finesse, perception) from the equipment, nor the extra skills and stats we get from the specializations
Yes, I already got that. But it is just for the crafting professions and not for the gathering ones like mining
Yes ther is you simple looking at wrong think, you open your proffesion Ui and click on item, skin ,ore herb or ther stuff that intrest you and in this big UI in the middle you got all info about it
