Go and search past 6 years all news where one individual conflict caused mass protests vs racism for example minority claiming fighting for equal rights. Do your own research and come out of your bubble. As said previously you have your righteous cause and you fail to see what happening around.

There were many posters defending this change suggesting to that players, just remind you can reread entire posts.
Are we just not gonna pretend that this has never occured or happened in any piece of media and that it won’t happen again.
This whole movement started with teenagers or tumblr becoming bored and fabricating problems into their own mind.
We all know where this is going to lead to. You can just quit pretending with being so obtuse.
Scenario A: people will ignore this change, still refer to body types as males and females. A small portion we’re being forced to cater to becomes upset that this update changed nothing. (It didn’t change the mindset of people). As people still refer to body types as male and female. It’s quite literally happening in this thread as we speak even.
So no, I don’t believe you that we can still reference body types as male and female, because in this very thread right now we are already being told this isn’t true, or right, or respectful.

We have been using the symbol of Mars to describe the male sex since 1750. I am not happy with this change as it was deeply rooted in the society and its values I am part of.
These people seem fixated removing stones of our values, traditions or history.
Just because it has no meaning to you doesn’t mean other people should be okay with it.

I agree with what all of what you’re saying, but only want to say you’re walking a fine line with this in regards to forum moderators based on observation of what is “ok” and not ok to post. These guys you’re quoting, I don’t believe they’re still at it with the same recycled posts they’ve been making for weeks in multiple threads, the same baseless arguments to try and rile up users.

I don’t see what rules I would be breaking here, considering these people have used the argument that genders are a social construct in this case defined by Western cultural values.
Even though the Mars symbol was used to describe the male sex.
Sex and genders aren’t equal to these people, so the removal of these symbols doesn’t really line up with what the people are even saying here in the first place!

This is why we’re not able to have a discussion with them. First there is a guy or two saying sexes were not removed. I asked them to show me a screenshot where it would show me the option to pick a sex, but they couldn’t. So after agreeing to stating they did not remove sex is false, Jeynar came with ‘so you are annoyed with icons’, which once again confirms the deletion of sexes.
Then they keep mixing up the words ‘gender’ and ‘sex’ on purpose, trying to derail the thread.
All I see are strawman arguments, and the good ol’ ‘it’s just a game’ thing. On top of that there is the ‘it’s all in your head’… while it’s surely not me who is confused about his gender and/or sex.
