It actually isnt . Im from pakistan too and the gm told me that the issue is with their sms authentication system and they have seen reports from other countries too and they have passed it on to their team to fix it .
the op is just being overly dramatic .having not contacted the support and assuming that a country is blocked .there is also another thread where somebody else also shared almost the exact same answer that i got from gm.
