Is trading restriction on a HC server a bug or not?

I activated my 15 years old account to play HC on Stitches with my buddy.
Trading, AH and mail are all unavailable for us. I wrote a ticket and got this as a response:

““It seems you’re encountering WoW restrictions related to trading, mailing gold, or using the auction house on a character created as self-found or a Season of Discovery realm. Your account has not met the requirement of purchasing and consuming at least 30 days of game time since 2017. Customer Support can’t remove this restriction.””

The account indeed was not used since 2017, but then it says:

““NOTE: If you are having this issue on Classic or Retail this is a bug, there is a section at the bottom to cover the bug for these realms or SoD realms that meet the requirements. Customer Support can’t bypass this bug.””

I double checked and my character is not Self Found.

So does this mean it’s a bug that will be fixed for me soon?

Is a bug sure enough.
Will it be fixed? A definite Maybe is heard from Blizz.

If they won’t fix it for me before 30 days passes I’ll feel violated, used and scammed even more than I do now. This is pathetic.
I bet they’ll just wait until it blows over and not take responsobility at all, like always.
I regret giving Blizzard another chance.
Like a ba*****d house-wife.

you should request a refund, because you can’t enjoy the game as advertised.

Restricting new and returning players like this is a terrible idea. No one wants to wait 30 days to use AH or trade people.
