Is Varian in the Shadowlands?

You probably could consider it not canon, it wouldn’t change anything anyway. Unlike the Lich King and Argus finishing moves, that are not just game mechanic but an actual scripted event and thus canonically happened.

Why should I care about the quests in which we die? How do they even relate to this topic?

Agreed. A mob killing you because you’re afk is different from a boss canonically killing you.

Since that would expand the list of people who killed the player by a lot , not just the two you mention all the time

But why can’t you show and statement which proofs only that are canon?

Because you says so , is not a reason.

Go on then, list those people.

Also, they are canon because they are scripted events that can’t be avoided, unlike Mandokir’s ability which can be blocked, unlike the Second Cataclysm that is supposed to be interrupted. If you didn’t play WotLK or Legion, it’s not my problem.

I honestly can’t tell if you are trolling. I have legit never seen someone argue that Arthas and Argus were not the only bosses who killed the player.

Arthas doesn’t kill you anymore. So only Argus then

Following that logic, Archimonde is weaker than a naked panda. He doesn’t kill you anymore because, huh, maybe it’s been 5 expansions since WotLK, soon to be 6?

You’re wrong, simple. Go replay ICC and Antorus.

Well if the lichking doesn’t kill you = it isn’t a scripted event

Yeah, definitely a troll. I’m done derailing this thread.
