Yes, you get extra honor at the end of each game. You can hit a 500k honor cap in between 2 to 3 days.

Era Current Horde AH numbers - 29k+
Era Current Alliance AH numbers - 34k+
Spineshatter Horde AH numbers - 89k+
Spineshatter Alliance AH numbers - 91k+
Era’s numbers are on par with those of Gehennas during P6 Naxx in 2021 - The biggest EU server of all.
We are doing fine.
Sadly 50% of those numbers are bots 
Same thing that happened in Gehennas.
It also applies to Anniversary.
