What has that got to do with anything I said? I said it doesn’t have to be horde vs alliance. And again, WOTLK was before the 4th war, and also again, no side wants another faction war.
After Shadowlands, Tyrande makes it very clear her priorities are healing her people. How does another war do that except cause more death?
I do agree on that, tho I think it’s partly thanks to writing and visual representation. The Emeral Dream is relevant to both factions, there could have been more focus on forms for troll and tauren druids for example. It’s nelf centered tho, which I can imagine may create friction for Horde players and a sense of not belonging in the content.
The whole deal with Fyrakk and the tree not being allowed to be corrupted or it would spell disaster for Azeroth in its entirety is a neutral enough motivation for both factions to be involved. But personally I’d rather have seen Fyrakk go mental about something else, and just have a nice questline for Alliance about planting the new tree and have night elves be happy. Done.
It’s rather forced.
Absolutely everything
You confused 3rd war and 4th war. 3rd war was destruction of Nordrassil in WC3 pre WoW and 4th war was at BFA.
Tyrande never agreed on Armistice which means SHE wants it.
The Armistice was NEVER SIGNED
And death is still happening. We are still fighting in Ashenvale and Azshara.

There is a portal to E.D. in Valdrakken. I don’t see any reason horde should be in Bel’Ameth to enter Emerald Dream
don’t make me buy books, just link an excrept or reference.
If you want to defend your position link sources, don’t act like a spoiled child
Yea that was a mistake type mb
You keep saying this. But it doesn’t matter because the game, which is the main cannon of the lore of the game, says otherwise. Her main objective at the end of SL’s, to quote her directly, was: “healing the kaldorei and preserving our future”.
I can’t link because site doesn’t allow me. trust lvl 2. To link I must be trust lvl 3.
Go and search
Or buy book. I see you can read so reading a book or two will not hurt you
This gives a summary of important points mentioned in the book.
There also hasn’t been any sign that there’s a truce outside the Dragon Isles. The only thing that comes close to diplomatic relations is the Forsaken being pulled back from Gilneas, but not like they could hold it without the ability to create more Forsaken, since that went bye-bye.
It really is funny to me how you pull this crap out of your bum, lacking a better way to describe it. I mean you have tremendous damage inflicted upon member of both factions that run so deep. The murder or Rastakan, the Burning of the nelfs. But for some reason you say this person is unreasonable for thinking the conflict isn’t resolved because well, we just did not hear anything about it. So what, it’s gone? Everyone forgot about their issues with the other guys? That’s crap.
This Massive Multiplayer Online ROLE PLAYING GAME. Ofc it matters.
Armistice was not signed. We are still at war. Horde have no ščace to be in Bel’ameth. It is Night Elf city with which they are at war.
Healing can’t start before justice or revenge.
Thanks
If you can’t defend your postion, and atleast write short summary, why are you participating in discussion? your arguments have no basis and you don’t bother to try and convince someone, also you can format link, i can just copy it
see, cylaris is smarter than you
I didn’t link stuff at rank 2 either, I never understood how it worked
OMG man. Are you serious? I just WHY I can’t link anything to you. Are you trolling me? It sure looks like you do
I got a lessson for it few days ago. that’s how I know about trust lvl
i always just used formatting on link
no i’m just brutally honest
Well the whole thing was terrible from the get-go to me. If they wanted to give nelfs a new city, then have Cenarius do his plant magic and grow a new one. Assuming you people still wanted to live in a tree. I wouldn’t after what happened, but whatever. No they had to make up all this crap and involve the Horde for no reason.
And you know what’s going on right? They are experimenting with this crap on us, trying to see how we react to neutral faction cities. Bollox to that. The Undercity is coming up. I don’t want to see the Alliance in there.
Keep your practical fancy wizarding ways of dealing with this forum to yourself, I’m old!
Shakes her cane
- Ashenvale remains heavily contested between the Alliance and the Horde, or rather the night elves and the Horde. The night elves control Astranaar, Stardust Spire, the Howling Vale, and the Shrine of Mel’Thrandis, and successfully reclaimed the Mor’shan Ramparts (the Horde outpost entrance into southern Ashenvale). The night elves and Horde are still fighting fiercely over other bases, such as the Splintertree Post and the Warsong Lumber Camp.
It’s weird, not only because ashenvale is still being contested for some reason but also because it’s basically cataclysm status quo.
How anyone can percieve faction conflict after that as something worthwhile and serious…
How does it being an MMO matter? Lore from the game takes prominence over lore from a book. It’s how it’s always worked with gaming media.
Also, we’re not at war. War is over. Sure you guys are still fighting over Ashenvale, but you were doing that pre-burning as far as I’m aware, and if that counts, I’m pretty sure Orc’s are still in the Northsire Abby area. The 4th war only started when the horde invaded Darkshore. If the NElfs were truly wanting another war, why would they allow the horde to help them in the dream? It’s because Tyrande isn’t stupid enough to launch another full-on war so soon after the last one.
Plus, her problem wasn’t the horde itself, it was with Sylvanas, and that got sorted out in Shadowlands. Why else would Tyrande spare you when she was in Torghast during the quest with Shandris?
Also, Justice has already happened. The horde lost millions of people, lost one of their big cities, and were thoroughly beaten. Not to mention Sylvanas is currently undergoing her penense so to speak. Going on further would be straight genocide, which is ironically what the horde did to the Nelfs.
Edit: Before you respond, I completely agree about the horde being allowed in Bel’ameth. But I feel like some of the zealous you displayed with unjustified.
Lol? Non sense.
Which? Lordaeron was reclaimed already
She should have been executed for killing civilians during a conquest.
