So whilst browsing the world quests -I noticed there was a set of Shieldguard Shoulder plates level 171 as a reward for Wingflayers quest in Bastion which would be an upgrade for me -so I went & did the quest & the shoulders dropped but were 158 ilevel,which would be a downgrade…so why did it say one level but drop a lower level?
