Item restoration doesn't include disenchanted items since the patch

I accidentally disenchanted a helm i wanted when while doing all the bop boss drops from dungeon runs but non are available in the item restoration function. most recent is about a month ago

Sounds like the same problem as Disenchanted Demon Forged Breastplate can't restore where the blue recommends a ticket.
