Item restoration not showing a disenchanted item

TBC Classic is not showing a disenchanted item, Would like it restored, made a ticket but the reply pointed me here.

It’s in reference to EU79149460.

This is a known problem in TBC. It also seems that the tickets get closed quite often. It can be fixed by a GM - reopen the ticket, make sure you have the required enchanting items in your bags and, if necessary, link this blue post - Disenchanted Demon Forged Breastplate can't restore - #2 by Mosinathus

I have restored the mindblade, it’s waiting in an in-game mailbox. I deleted the two Void Crystals you got from disenchanting it.

Hopefully this takes care of things for you and I wish you good luck in your future gaming adventures! :slight_smile:

Sorry for the inconveniences caused - as Ananda well said, we’re aware of this issue with disenchanted items in The Burning Crusade Classic. Should something like this happen again, to you or anyone else, shoot us a ticket. We’ll help.
