got the same answer which is kinda infuriating, because this is obviously a serverside issue and not something like the player not understanding the quest
It’s probably an algorithm that recognizes the word ‘quest’ and sends this automated reply.
I got the same reply. I even specified that I have tried to abandon, retake the quest, disable add-ons, and all other suggestion suggested in my ticket. Too bad it’s all automated
