Er, don’t be daft – there are loads of WQs in a given zone throughout the day (where you could get 12 at once for example, more so on Emissary day for that zone), and as such they had their rep reduced. Dailies are strictly once a per day.
So no, it is not “the exact same”… ~300 rep vs 800+, and then old Emissaries reward 1500 rep where as the new one’s off the Assault for a meager 500…
