Join the second Housing Early Access Test on the PTR!

We’re running another Housing limited-time test on the Public Test Realm (PTR) beginning Thursday, 30 October through Friday, 31 October—this time focusing on guild neighborhoods. Please work together and create guilds large and small to help us test out the guild neighborhoods feature of Housing.

To kick off this test, all existing houses and neighborhoods have been reset. You won’t need to have Midnight on your account to take part, however it’s important to note that this test is for an in-progress feature and we may either periodically take down this test or cancel it at any point in time as necessary.

We’ll update this thread once the housing test has begun. We look forward to seeing you on the PTR!

The 11.2.7 PTR is now available and the Housing Early Access test has begun. Happy decorating!

Good news everyone! We just deployed a fix that should allow you to move/relinquish your existing house so you can move to a new plot or neighborhood.

If you had previously made a house but tried to get rid of it, and the house finder isn’t showing that you own a house you can just go to an empty plot and purchase again.

Additionally, we’ll be extending the test until Monday morning to give people time to test this out if they were blocked yesterday and today.
