I thought they already announced that cash shop stuff will be added in the future?
Also new world is not my Kind of game.
I’m more for Blade & soul or Black desert if i have to play an alternative to WoW

I keep seeing people talk new world in game and on here and it makes me wonder if the game is truly so great why the hell would you be in WoW or on it’s forum…? Go play?

Did you actually read my post, or did you just see the word queue and go all anal on yourself? I stated I expected the queues, and also said that when I got in to the game I didn’t like it.
Maybe something you should implement yourself, or at least read the post to which you are replying!!

I have new world, its fun as a side game when i did my chores in wow.
Open world is amazing and the feeling when u explore.
World pvp its fun but verry bad if u play alone most of the time u get destroyed by groups.
U need to find a compnay(guild) thats active.
For me
Personaly its fine, but i”d rather prefer the diversity and challange in wow as a main mmo…
Mythic plus, pvp, raiding, rbg.
New world doesnt rly stand its ground and its way more repetitive than wow.
Strictly my opinion, but for 40dollara u get a good amount of fun for atleast 60-70 hours in new world(( thats less than 1€ per hour) rly worth a try

ye i would have bought it if there were pvp server but this warmode thing is already boring enough in wow.
I mean it’s a different genre from WoW at the moment really idk why people try to compare those.
The only thing that makes me laugh is people saying “it’s so boring/no endgame at all bla bla bla”. Like what? WoW is any better with 1 new raid with 4 recycled difficulty every 9 months and the same dungeons spammed to puking for the entire expansion duration? Also is not like the game is new and they can add things over time.
I am currently having fun exploring/gathering because I really love the immersion and the alive feeling of the word.
Haven’t tried PvP yet because that’s not my cup of tea, but will for sure give it a try.
The game is new anyway they have all the time to add content, and it is also sub free wich is definitely a plus since WoW sub is pretty unjustified lately.
I mean idk how NW can be compared to WM, the entire Word is affected by the outcomes of PvP. You can opt in and out of it like WM sure but that’s it really.
Personally i think it’s a nice alternative for me, at least in this moments when nothing happens on WoW.
If the game will turn out more boring/bad later I will just go back to WoW, but for now I am enjoying it, especially with friends.
I wanted DAoC 2.0 and for that New World is an abject failure for me. Tried it over the weekend and had fun but the friend and I were just repeating the same things over and over, this won’t last.
All the hallmarks of what has killed PvP games to die out in the past are present. Keep defense and being able to port away, that is an absolute death knell, pvp mode being toggled, death knell.
Still to this day I believe they should have coped DAoCs frontier style system, it fits with the aesthetics of a new world of discover and adds a constant battle field and enable that line of separation between PvE and Faction v Faction (say RvR) so that all players feel like they’re aligned and fighting a worthy cause.
For me, if you want PvP at a better level, based on faction, go play TESO. NW has major problems in design that mean it like Darkfall in all but name. Boom and bust

maybe, i just wanted to look clownish, i know some ppl are afraid of clowns, maybe it will freak them out in pvp hahah xD
I mean… this is Amazon, the microtransaction are literally ready to go and will be added within the next year.

I went back to ESO made a necromancer and i’m enjoying it There’s also a dodge roll But compared to new world it isn’t so clunky where mobs respawn in the middle of a fight and you dodge roll in to the spawned enemy
I’m not a fan of Amazon and avoid all their goods and services personally, I reckon there’s a few others who feel the same way.
Why is New World better then Wow
1.No forced M+ end game content
2.Has no pay to win
3.Has no bots
4.No toxic players ( have not ran in to any toxic players on my server )
5.Best crafting system in a MMO i have ever seen
6.No montly sub
7.Legendery set ( weapons and armors , amulet , rings )
8.PvP scaling is good
9.Mounted combat ( when mounts are added in next DLC )
10.game has trasmog and dye system so u can trasmog a gear to look different then u can still color/paint it as u like still up on that.
11.player hausing ( 3 house max )
12.player owned ship ( comes i n next dlc )
13.relices dlcs/patches in 4 weeks
14.they accualy lisen to their comunity ( same cant be sed buy blizzard )
